1.Keep the dress brand new and no any alteration.

 

2.Keep the dress clean and no peculiar smell,no stains,no any added decorations.

 

Attention:We only refud the price of the dress, the shipping cost is not refundable.

Q: How far in advance should I order my dress?

A: The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 20-23 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dress’s product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.

 

Q: Need the dress for Party, Wedding, or Urgently.

A: Since we are manufactory, we have lots of orders and they are complicated. If you have urgent requirement please confirm with us before you make the order, because most of our products are hand-make, rush time sometimes will cause the dress not SO perfect, and this is not good for the both size, we don’t want any defect dress send out from our factory. Hope you could understand us.

 

Q: Why we still don’t receive the parcel after the parcel sent out for a long time?

A: The most reason is the delay while custom clearance. For our buyer don’t pay big tax when you get it, we will apply a low value at the custom, but if the custom is strict, the parcel will be delay or return when transport to HK, another reason is when the parcels be return, we have to arrange resend the parcels. Please don’t worry, for sure we will send the dresses to you as soon as possible.

 

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.
